Last night after work, I headed out to Eron's for a li'l "Settlers of Cataan" date. He'd been chatting with an old high school alum about playing, and so we got together and did just that. It's a pretty fun game. A really nice mix of luck, strategy, and fast-talking trades. I liked it, and look forward to playing again. I'm also looking forward to a full-day Civ-fest. I hope we can make that happen at some point.

And today for lunch some work boys and I did a little lunchtime geocaching! A group of six of us headed out and and nerded it up. It was a lot of fun. We looked pretty out of place with all of us out hiking in our work clothes, GPS's in hand, but we were having a good time. It was a nice hike, one mile each way. We found the cache without any real difficulty, which was nice. Everyone had a good time, and we're already looking forward to the next one.

And now, hopefully cruise through a Friday afternoon at work, and enjoy a nice, long, 3-day weekend! Huzzah.
