Well, the weekend turned out well.

Saturday was the poker tournament. Sunday we bought furniture for the living room. It's a little sketchy to buy expensive stuff ("expensive" meaning more than $100) and not know exactly how it's going to look in your house, and not have a return policy. But I think we made a good choice. And yesterday was pretty quiet, which was nice.

I thought of another Thing That Makes Adman Happy. Those big inflatable stick guys that they have at store openings and car lots and stuff. Where the blow air in from the bottom, and it's open at the top, so the guy is constantly falling over and standing back up again, like he's dancing. I *love* those things. They make me smile every time I see them. And pugs. But you already know that.

Short week this week! What fun.
