That "No, thanks" option is funny to me. Is it necessary that I thank the inanimate object that just served me? Or is this some public service way to subliminally teach people basic manners? But if that were the case, why doesn't it say "Yes, please" instead of just "Yes"?
Last night, I picked up dinner from our local fish house. There was a little cutsey working behind the counter, and a young guy came in and was deciding what to get. He was interested in clam chowder, and she said it came in either a "cup" or a "bowl". He asked "How big are your cups?"
Little things like that make me happy.
