I'm all packed and ready for a quick blast up to Mammoth this weekend. The snow might be crappy, and it's going to be a long drive, but a weekend snowboarding with my boys? I'll take that every time.

As enamored as I am with YouTube, Metacafe has a program where you get paid if your video is viewed a certain number of times. That certain number is something like 20,000, which is a lot, but if you can make something funny that gets passed around the office, views can add up pretty quick.
