Ahh... another busy weekend.

Friday night, Diana and I were lucky enough to be offered some tickets to the Padres game down at their new Petco Park, so we headed down to check that out. We were a little lost and overwhelmed, but had a good time. The new ballpark is pretty cool. I look forward to checking it out again soon.

Saturday, we did lots of work around the house, and went out to see the Cirque du Soleil: Varekai show down at the Q. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was really neat. They come out and do something totally mindblowing, and then top it with something even cooler after that. Pretty neat.

Today, we did some more work around the house, and then I went golfing with Iwan for the afternoon. We played a skins game, match play and stroke play all at the same time, which made for some craziness at the end.

Best quote of the day, on the 18th tee:
Iwan: "How should I play this? I could lay up, but the man in me wants to drive for the green..."
Adam, thinking: "What would Jesus do"?
Iwan, answering both my question and his: "Jesus doesn't lay up."
Adam: "That's going in my blog!"

Maybe you had to be there.

Busy weekends are fun, but man, Sunday ends pretty quick.
