Uncle Adam!

Biggest news, by far, is that my brother and his wife are now proud parents of their first little guy. Benjamin Goldenberg Spragg (I think that's right) was born earlier this week. It's all very exciting. My brother has sent some pictures and videos, which are very cute. He's obviously stoked on the li'l guy, you can hear it in his voice. What a lucky little guy to be born to such great parents. I'm really happy for them, and can't wait to meet my nephew in person!

The rest of the week was pretty mundane. I've been working a lot, and Diana was working until 8 or 9pm almost every night. My boys at work have generated a renewed interest in Neverwinter Nights, and creating adventures with the Aurora toolset that comes with it. I've recently been reading a lot about machinima (a "new" artform, using computer game engines to create little mini-movies), and have been fooling around a lot with that, scripting the camera movements and animations. A lot of work, but a lot of fun.

It's Saturday now, and I'm at work. This morning, Diana was working on schoolwork, and for the first time in what feels like a long time, I was able to sleep late and wake up on my own terms, which was really nice. I then read a lot more of my book "A Game of Thrones", which I'm totally loving. Then to work.

Hopefully I'm off to see Starsky and Hutch tonight, but so far making plans has proven difficult.
