Ugh.
Yesterday afternoon, I ate a bite of leftover sandwich that had been sitting in my nice warm car (I now realize this was a mistake... no need to rub it in).
I then went to Eryn's to watch the Oscars, and ate a lot of chicken picatta, smashed potatoes, chips and salsa, and M&Ms. I went to bed around 11:30pm, feeling fine, but full.
I woke up around 2am, still feeling really full, and got that dreaded feeling... and then threw it all up.
Bleh.
I hate throwing up almost more than anything. But I felt a lot better afterward.
