Language Development

Two things I notice about Allison's speech.  This isn't concerning or anything, but kind of noteworthy.

She doesn't know all the irregular past tenses of verbs.  She'll default to adding "-ed" to the end of the verb.  She doesn't say "go-ed" anymore, but she'll still say things like "thinked" instead of "thought".

She'll also use "that's why" in a backwards sort of way.  Some of her squishy snakes were all tangled up in the bath.  I said "Oh, they're all tangled up!"  She said "No, they're cuddling!  That's why they're friends!"  She'll also get pissed off and throw something or yell, and say "I threw my toys!  That's why I'm angry!"
