Allison's morning

Posting this because I don't want to forget it.

Diana dropped Allison off at school yesterday, and this was their conversation in the car.  (SorLisa is Allison's brown teddy bear).

A: "Oh, I forgot SorLisa.  I told her I would bring her in the car so we could play after school. Can I go get her please?"
D: "Well, mommy will be home late and I don't want SorLisa to be stuck in my car."
A: "Oh, okay, that is fine.  Can I go tell her though, she doesn't know that."
D: "Okay."  So we go back inside the house.  She runs to her room and I listen in.

A: "SorLisa, I am so sorry sweetie but I cannot take you in the car today because mommy will be home later.  But don't worry you have all these other sleep friends to play with." *pause* "Oh, no don't worry, I won't be lonely without you.  Mommy and Bork are going to be in the car with me."  then she runs back outside.

Diana went out to dinner with a friend last night, so I took Allison to her swimming lesson, then we went out to dinner, then frozen yogurt, then home.  When we got home, Allison ran inside and told SorLisa that she was sorry she was gone so long, and that we went out to ice cream and she hoped SorLisa didn't miss her.
