OK.
I think I killed the computer problem once and for all.
With the other new upgrade, I bought a new Serial ATA hard drive. There are TWO power sources on the back of the drive: a new-style one and an old-style one. I, unknowingly, hooked them both up, instead of choosing one like the instructions say. Whoops.
So, I bought a new hard drive, and am going to return the "broken" one ASAP. Why am I returning it? 'Cause I was having a bunch of problems with it. I don't need to tell them that *I* caused the problems do I? I hope not.
